3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon purchase of services.
Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our GEO Audit and Tech Audit services. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, contact us within 30 days for a full refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by SocialOnBrand unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Deliverables created for clients (reports, designs, content) become the client's property upon full payment.

SocialOnBrand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments become due immediately. We will deliver any completed work up to the termination date.
